This role involves delivering structured, mission-based sessions that build resilience, communication, problem-solving, and transition readiness in learners who may have struggled in mainstream settings.
You will work remotely, facilitating live online sessions with cohorts of up to six learners.
Academy XP is seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Facilitator to oversee the delivery of high-quality online learning and support a team of Distance Learning Mentors.
This role involves designing and facilitating mission-based sessions, monitoring learner engagement, and ensuring safeguarding, online safety, and GDPR compliance across the provision.
You will work remotely, managing live online sessions and mentoring staff to ensure all learners achieve positive academic, vocational, and personal development outcomes.
